Quarterly meeting of the full membership, held in the ACHS Band Room. Open to all members — Primary, Alumni, and Community. This is where the Board reports on finances and program support, where members vote on matters reserved to the membership, and where officer elections are held. The agenda is published in advance; members who wish to bring an item may request agenda time by emailing secretary@achsmusic.org.

Note: Attending a General Membership meeting counts toward the member engagement requirement for Board candidacy. Voting rights belong to Active Members in good standing, and voting is in person only — there is no proxy, absentee, or electronic voting.

Officers will be elected at this meeting: Vice President and Assistant Treasurer.
