Comp Day @ Oakmont HS

  • 7:30 am: Pre-show rehearsal

  • 10:30 am: Have parents meet on the field to rehearse with us Saturday morning so we can get on and off efficiently and hopefully limit any potential for a timing penalty.

  • 11:30 am: pack, have lunch, and prepare to leave

  • 12:30 pm: depart for Oakmont HS

  • 2:00 pm: arrive at Oakmont HS, unpack, warm-up

  • 5:45 pm: band performs

  • 6:15 pm: debrief and pack 

  • 6:45 pm:  serve dinner

  • 8:20 pm: drum major and captains report to the field entrance in uniform

  • 8:40 pm: awards 

  • 9:30 pm: depart for American Canyon 

  • 11:00 pm: arrive at ACHS and unload/clean up

  • 11:30 pm: dismissal
