Posted and linked below is the itinerary for this weekends show. All students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the show at the given times. I can take up to 4 students for either trip if necessary.
 
This is a quick one, we do not plan on feeding students at this show as we did for the marching band and as we will likely for some of our long distance shows this Winter.

Percussion:

• 6:45am- call time

• 8:30am- load trailer, depart for rod

• 9:15am- arrive at Rodriguez HS, unload, brief warm up

• 10:20am- arrive at stand-by

• 10:30am- perform

• 11:00am- pack/depart for ACHS

• 11:30am- Return to ACHS/, unload, excuse students

Color Guard:

• 11:15am- Rehearsal

• 12:45pm- pack, load floor, depart for Rod

• 1:00pm- arrive at Rod, unpack, stretch, warm up

• 1:55pm- arrive at stand-by

• 2:05pm- perform

• 2:25pm- pack, change, watch shows

• 3:30pm- awards

• 4:00pm- Depart for ACHS

• 4:15pm- Arrive at ACHS, unpack, dismiss.
