DAY ONE: Wednesday, April 15, 2026– AMERICAN CANYON → ANAHEIM
8:00am: Participants arrive at ACHS for a pre-departure meeting and to prepare luggage and instruments for transport.
10:00am: Depart from American Canyon High School for Medieval Times in Buena Park, CA. Stop for lunch mid-way, TBD.
6:30pm: Arrive at Medieval Times, Buena Park Castle, 7662 Beach Blvd., Buena Park, CA 90620 for dinner and show.
9:30pm: Arrive at Four Points Sheraton, 1221 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA 9280.
DAY TWO: Thursday, April 16, 2026 – DISNEYLAND, Performance/workshop schedule TBD.
8:00am: Meet for breakfast in the hotel lobby.
9:00am: Walk .6 miles to Disneyland entrance.
Mid-day: Meet at the designated meeting area for check-in.
10:00pm: Depart Disneyland for the hotel by bus.
11:00pm: Lights out.
DAY THREE: Friday, April 17, 2026 – DISNEYLAND, Performance/workshop schedule TBD.
8:00am: Meet for breakfast in the hotel lobby.
9:00am: Walk .6 miles to Disneyland entrance.

DAY FOUR: Saturday, April 18, 2026– ANAHEIM→ AMERICAN CANYON
9:00am: Depart Anaheim for American Canyon. Stop for lunch midway, TBD
5:00pm: Drop-off at American Canyon High School.

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
All students are subject to the eligibility criteria for off-campus activities up to the time of the trip. Please refer to the ACHS Eligibility Criteria in the Student Policy Handbook for details.
BEHAVIORAL AGREEMENT DURING THE TRIP
Students are expected to follow all school and district policies while on a field trip. Additionally, students will behave in a manner representative of the values of our program and school at all times. Students possessing or using alcohol, drugs, or related paraphernalia shall be subject to disciplinary procedures, including suspension or expulsion and/or referral to law enforcement in accordance with law, Board policy, and administrative regulation. Any illegal activity or behavior that compromises the safety of another student, teacher, or chaperone will result in the student being sent home at their parent’s/guardian’s expense.
Trip Cost:
Approximately $1,000/participant
Attending or not attending the trip will not impact class standing or grades. This trip offers unique learning experiences and an opportunity to bond and spend time with fellow musicians in an exciting setting. All members of our band and orchestra classes are encouraged to attend. If you anticipate difficulties in meeting the cost of the trip, please contact Mr. Day privately as soon as possible. It is our mission to provide every eligible band and orchestra student with the ability to attend.
